Welcome to my Triple Crown for Heart fundraising page!
On July 20th I will tackle all three North Shore Mountains (Seymour, Grouse and Cypress) by bike in the 10th annual Triple Crown for Heart. The ride benefits the BC Children's Hospital Heart Unit and Children's Heart Network to send kids to Camp Zajac.
My heart is with my granddaughter Evelyn Faith, she was born in April 3 years ago and faced an uphill battle the moment she came into the world. Our family is so incredibly grateful to Womens Hospital where Evelyn spent her first months in NIC-U and is a regular and Childrens Hosital. Every staff member is part of a great team who has made Evelyn and her parents journey informed while being guided with a passion that the absolute best for Evelyns current quality of life, and strengthening her for future.
I do this ride thinking of how many more families could face the medical challenges with their little ones and to see a continued support for the beautiful Heart Children already in care at Childrens Hospital. It takes amazing resourses to support the families and their little ones!
