Welcome to my Triple Crown for Heart fundraising page!

On July 18th I will tackle all three North Shore Mountains (Seymour, Grouse and Cypress) by bike in the 15th annual Triple Crown for Heart. The ride benefits the BC Children's Hospital Heart Unit and Children's Heart Network to send kids to Camp Zajac.

As someone with a heart, I'll be pushing mine to its limits to scale these three peaks. And I'll be making a donation too. I know you have a heart, so maybe you could make a donation as well...?

Donations of $20 or more will receive a charitable donation tax receipt at the end of the year.

Thanks for your support. It feels good to get behind this kind of cause, it feels good to address the fear and worry of heart illnesses. And, as a cyclist, it feels good -- like a push up a hill or a tailwind -- to know that I'm riding with your support.
