On July 18, I’ll be riding the 15th annual Triple Crown for Heart: three North Shore climbs by bike — Seymour, Grouse, and Seymour again.
The ride covers 127 km / 79 mi and 2,750 m / 9,020 ft of elevation, raising funds for the BC Children’s Hospital Heart Unit and Children’s Heart Network to help send kids to Camp Zajac.
