For the 4th year in a row, Iāll be taking on the challenge of riding up three North Shore MountainsāSeymour, Grouse, and Seymour (again)āas part of the 15th Annual Triple Crown for Heart on Sat July 18th.
š“āāļø This year the ride covers 80 km and 3,017 metres (9,898 ft) of elevation, and Iām aiming to complete it in 4.5 hours!
This incredible event supports the BC Childrenās Hospital Heart Unit and the Childrenās Heart Network, helping send kids with heart conditions to Camp Zajacāa place where they can just be kids.
