Hi everyone! 😊

For the 4th year in a row, I’ll be taking on the challenge of riding up three North Shore Mountains—Seymour, Grouse, and Seymour (again)—as part of the 15th Annual Triple Crown for Heart on Sat July 18th.

🚴‍♂️ This year the ride covers 80 km and 3,017 metres (9,898 ft) of elevation, and I’m aiming to complete it in 4.5 hours!

This incredible event supports the BC Children’s Hospital Heart Unit and the Children’s Heart Network, helping send kids with heart conditions to Camp Zajac—a place where they can just be kids.

If you’re able, I’d be so grateful for your support through a donation and a vote of confidence that I can conquer this ride!
