Hello friends and family,

As usual I have left this to the last minute! For those who don’t know, I will be participating in the Triple Crown for Heart charity road biking event on Saturday July 18th.

The annual Triple Crown for Heart ride is a cycling challenge to conquer all three North Shore mountains (this year 2 mountains Seymour, Grouse and Seymour again) in a single day. The ride is 80km in length which includes about 3,017 metres(9,898 ft) elevation. This will be my fourth year participating. I’m now asking for your support in fundraising.

The Triple Crown for Heart provides support to children with heart conditions and their families through funds donated to two charities, BC Children’s Hospital Foundation BCCHF and Children’s Heart Network. Learn more at:

Hola Familia y amigos

Como siempre, dejo todo hasta el ultimo minuto,

Para quienes no saben, participare en un evento de ciclismo llamado Triple Crown for Heart.

Que es un evento de beneficencia y va a realizarse el 18 de Julio.

Este reto anual consta de subir en bicicleta las 3 montañas de el North Shore, Seymour, Grouse y Cypress.(este año va a ser Seymour, Grouse y de vuelta a Seymour) en un solo dia, y es de 80km de de extension y 3,000 metros de elevacion,

Planeo en terminar este reto en 4 horas aproximadamente.

Ahora es mi turno para pedir su ayuda para esta noble causa.  

Este evento Triple Crown for Heart brinda apoyo a niños con problemas de el corazon y a sus familias mediante dos organizaciones de beneficencia. BC Children’s Hospital Foundation BCCHF y Children’s Heart Network,
