Please join me in raising funds for the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation / Children’s Heart Network.  BC Children’s is a wonderful hospital that has benefitted thousands of BC families, mine included.

A few years ago my son came home from school complaining of a pain in his chest.  Too young for a heart attack, at first we thought it was sore muscles.  A trip to emergency determined it was a spontaneous pneumothorax – a hole in his lung!

My son was in BC Children’s Hospital for a week and underwent double lung surgery.  Now he is doing fine, active, studying at University, and we’ve forgotten all about it.

BC Children’s helped us,  now it’s our turn to help them out.  Hopefully you will participate with me donating to the hospital to help kids like mine and many others.

On July 20 I will ride up all three North Shore mountains – Seymour, Grouse, and Cypress, to raise money for BC Children’s Hospital Children’s Heart Network.  My pains + your generosity = gains for the hospital and families with kids like mine.
