Hello! And thank you for joining my Triple Crown for Heart fundraising page!
Glad you could drop by, please sit a spell, and think of me riding up all three North Shore Hills. On July 15th I will climb Seymour, Grouse and Cypress by bike (as in push-pedal bike - no engine, no motor, no battery, no bungee cord to the van in front) in the 11th annual Triple Crown for Heart.
The ride benefits the BC Children's Hospital Heart Unit and Children's Heart Network to send kids to Camp Zajac. I will be grateful for your support and sponsorship (truth in advertising - THE KIDS will be grateful for your sponsorship. I will be in great pain).
Please donate what you can to this great cause. And ask yourself - Will Derek make it up one hill? Can he make it up two hills? Will he make it up all three hills!? Or will he make it to the hospital?!!
