On July 19, I will tackle the challenge of cycling all three of Vancouver's North Shore Mountains (Seymour, Grouse and Cypress) in the 14th annual Triple Crown for Heart. It's a BIG ride with a BIG goal - to support the BC Children's Hospital Heart Unit and Children's Heart Network to send kids to Camp Zajac. Please sponsor if you can!

Every year, the BC Children’s Heart Centre performs more than 250 cardiac surgeries and 265 specialized procedures, with a pediatric cardiac outreach program that supports more than 1600 patients a year in their home communities. The Children's Heart Network educates, supports, and enhances the lives of children, young people and families living with congenital heart disease.

Donations of $20 or more will receive a charitable donation tax receipt at the end of the year. Thanks for your support for this most worthy cause.
